- •Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day office operations Cover front-of-house Manage vendors, building management, and the office budget Own in-office onboarding with the People team Plan in-office moments that build connection Be the welcoming face of Assembled Coordinate interviews Requirements 2+ years in office management, workplace operations, or administrative support Relentlessly detail-oriented High agency A people-first communicator Organized under pressure Budget-conscious and comfortable managing vendors and building management Reliable in-person presence five days a week, and able to lift and move packages up to 30 lbs
