- •Veriff is hiring a Senior Technical Support Engineer for the USA region to solve complex technical and integration problems for large customers, drive cross-team initiatives, and mentor other engineers.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and resolve reported issues end-to-end, including crisis handling and incident leadership Diagnose, troubleshoot, replicate issues, write bug reports and document solutions Participate in on-call rotation and lead production incidents Develop metrics, write complex SQL reports, and optimise/automate repetitive tasks Requirements 3+ years in Technical Support, SRE, or similar technical role Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs (REST, webhooks), and observability tools (Grafana) Proficiency with complex SQL and basic scripting; comfortable with Mac, Linux, and Windows Experience with incident management and mentoring teammates
