About the role
Provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process for FinQuery's solutions.
- •FinQuery is seeking a Sales Engineer with an accounting focus to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
- •You will partner with account executives to understand customer business objectives and demonstrate how FinQuery's solutions can help them achieve their goals.
- •Key Responsibilities Engage with prospects and customers in a consultant role, demonstrating how solutions meet business and technical goals.
- •Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams, providing customer feedback and influencing go-to-market messaging.
- •Gather and document client requirements to translate them into software presentations.
- •Prepare for meetings and tailor communications to address potential clients' business needs.
- •Build deep relationships with customers to foster advocacy.
- •Requirements 1-3 busy seasons in an audit role, preferably at a Big 4. 3+ years of experience in an accountant position, audit experience preferred.
- •Strong understanding of FASB, GASB, and IFRS guidelines, and lease accounting standards.
- •Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written).
