- •The Senior Product Manager II will own key parts of the activation funnel and drive measurable improvements in the onboarding and activation process.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and improve the onboarding and activation funnel to increase activation rate Drive improvements in key activation inputs, including bank and payroll connection and approval-to-activation conversion Design and run experiments, with a strong focus on early lifecycle impact (especially Day 1) Requirements 6+ years of consumer product management experience, with a focus on growth and/or retention Experience working with funnels, conversion metrics, and experimentation Strong analytical skills and comfort using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions
