Lead real-world growth through events and community activations.
- •As Growth Manager, IRL, you'll lead our real-world growth engine, connecting with founders, operators, and ecosystem leaders through events and community activations.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and host IRL experiences from founder dinners to larger ecosystem events.
- •Build deep relationships with founders, operators, and community leaders.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and growth teams.
- •Develop creative, localized campaigns that blend guerilla marketing, partnerships, and storytelling.
- •Represent Basic Capital as a visible, trusted presence in key startup communities.
- •Track and report on engagement metrics, event ROI, and relationship outcomes.
- •Travel regularly to key markets to build in-person relationships and host events.
- •Requirements Deeply connected within the NYC, SF, and MIA startup ecosystems.
- •Experienced in community building, partnerships, or experiential marketing.
