Senior Benefits Analyst

Manage and evolve benefits programs globally.

• •dbt Labs is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to manage and evolve their benefits programs across the US and internationally.
• •This role is central to the employee experience, partnering with leadership, finance, and brokers to ensure programs are competitive, understandable, compliant, and scalable.
• •Key Responsibilities Partner with brokers to build and improve global benefits programs.
• •Administer day-to-day benefits across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and leave of absence programs.
• •Manage enrollments end-to-end, including open enrollment and life events.
• •Lead projects to modernize and scale benefits infrastructure.
• •Create and deliver clear employee-friendly resources and education on benefits.
• •Requirements 5+ years of experience administering and supporting benefits programs.
• •Experience building and rolling out international benefits.
• •Strong program management skills with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
