• •Pano AI is seeking a Plant Operations Manager to build and lead a team responsible for material inventory, product assembly, and shipping.
• •This role is crucial for supporting the deployment and maintenance of Pano AI's wildfire detection systems globally.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the plant operations team across North America, Australia, and Europe.
• •Drive timely acquisition of materials and product building to support installations and site maintenance.
• •Develop and implement strategies for improving plant operations and establish key performance metrics.
• •Partner with internal teams like supply chain, commercial, and project management to align on plans.
• •Travel domestically and internationally as needed (0-10%).
• •Requirements 3+ years of experience leading a plant functional organization.
• •Strong knowledge in materials management, manufacturing management, or quality management.
• •Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, and assess team performance.
