Technical Program Manager

Lead the evolution of Acorns' Trade and Risk Platform, ensuring high-quality customer experience and robust risk posture.

• •Acorns is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the evolution of our Trade and Risk Platform.
• •Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Strategy: Collaborate with Trading Operations, Risk, and Data Science to define and execute the trade, risk, and operations roadmap.
• •Customer Experience Optimization: Improve on the day to day trading experience and lead improvements for the product experience directly related to risk and trading.
• •Risk Workflow Orchestration: Build and manage tools that empower Risk Operations teams to update rules and manage queues independently.
• •Vendor Management: Lead the evaluation and implementation of third-party trading, risk and operations tools.
• •Operational Efficiency: Drive AI workflow strategies and tools that help scale the existing team's value and efficiency.
• •Requirements Experience: 4+ years of Program Management experience, specifically within Fintech, Risk, Financial Operations, or Payments.
• •Technical Savvy: A deep understanding of APIs, SQL, and the mechanics of Machine Learning decisioning engines.
• •Customer Obsession: A mindset that prioritizes both the Acorns customer and our internal operations team.
• •Agile Mastery: The ability to articulate complex trade-offs to stakeholders and lead agile teams.
