Production Planner

Ensure efficient production by bridging demand and manufacturing timelines.

• •As our Production Planner at Youfoodz, you will bridge the gap between forecasted business demand and realistic manufacturing timelines to ensure every product is produced efficiently, on time, and in full.
• •Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality demand forecasts across multiple distribution channels.
• •Utilise G-Sheets for long-lead forecasting and spearhead the transition toward automated inventory planning tools for weekly visibility.
• •Analyse historical performance and current menu trends to benchmark and project SKU-level volumes for exciting new range concepts and seasonal launches.
• •Requirements 3+ years of experience in Production Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain Analysis, ideally within FMCG, food manufacturing, or a similar short-shelf-life environment.
• •Advanced analytical proficiency in Excel/G-Sheets, with exposure to ERP systems (such as MFG) and BI tools highly regarded.
• •A strategic mindset with the ability to look beyond daily numbers to calculate long-range resource requirements like labour, engineering, and logistics.
