  • Lead and build a high-performing enterprise sales team for Cognition in the central U.S., owning regional quota across net new, expansions, and renewals while partnering with product and engineering.
  • Key Responsibilities Build, hire, and develop Enterprise Account Directors and Account Managers.
  • Own regional team quota via new business, expansions, and renewals.
  • Establish sales processes, deal strategies, and playbooks.
  • Coach team to engage C-suite, tech, procurement, and legal stakeholders.
  • Partner cross-functionally to inform product and accelerate deals.
  • Requirements 8+ years sales experience with quota attainment. 3+ years leading enterprise sales teams.
  • Experience selling deeply technical products to large organizations.
  • Strong executive presence and technical acumen.
  • Customer-obsessed with ability to scale processes.
