Lead and scale a regional enterprise sales team to drive revenue and customer partnerships.
- •Lead and build a high-performing enterprise sales team for Cognition in the central U.S., owning regional quota across net new, expansions, and renewals while partnering with product and engineering.
- •Key Responsibilities Build, hire, and develop Enterprise Account Directors and Account Managers.
- •Own regional team quota via new business, expansions, and renewals.
- •Establish sales processes, deal strategies, and playbooks.
- •Coach team to engage C-suite, tech, procurement, and legal stakeholders.
- •Partner cross-functionally to inform product and accelerate deals.
- •Requirements 8+ years sales experience with quota attainment. 3+ years leading enterprise sales teams.
- •Experience selling deeply technical products to large organizations.
- •Strong executive presence and technical acumen.
