About the role

Lead the technical onboarding and support for Federal customers at Chainguard.

  • As a Customer Success Manager at Chainguard, you will be the primary point of contact for Federal customers, responsible for onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
  • Key Responsibilities Customer Onboarding: Lead the technical onboarding process for new customers.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
  • Issue Management: Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Product Expertise: Develop hands-on technical knowledge of Chainguard.
  • Training & Education: Collaborate with customers and the Edu team to ensure they are educated on product features.
  • Account Management: Develop relationships with multiple levels of customer stakeholders.
  • Requirements 5+ years experience in Public Sector facing roles.
  • Relevant domain knowledge of Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, regulatory compliance requirements, vulnerability management, software development lifecycle.
