About the role

Drive long-term customer outcomes and facilitate onboarding.

  • As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will drive long-term customer outcomes across the Veeam Data Platform.
  • You will lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization; identify churn risk, migrations, and upsell opportunities; and apply disaster recovery and resilience expertise to conduct recovery simulations and quarterly resilience reporting.
  • Key Responsibilities Configure customer accounts and facilitate onboarding.
  • Identify migration opportunities and align business outcomes with product adoption.
  • Run recovery simulations and apply the Veeam Data Resilience Maturity Model (DRMM) to track and report resilience posture.
  • Requirements 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery.
  • English & Portuguese Fluent VMCE certification required.
