• •The Sourcing & Category Manager is responsible for third-party procurement, account management, and category sourcing.
• •This role drives ingredient sourcing, vendor management, and demand planning.
• •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end procurement and account management for 3P customers.
• •Act as the lead representative for assigned categories to major accounts.
• •Lead category sourcing for assigned Produce or Grocery categories.
• •Partner with the Misfits Merchandising team to negotiate contracts with suppliers.
• •Monitor vendor performance and implement corrective actions.
• •Requirements Strong procurement and account management skills.
• •Experience in sourcing and vendor management.
• •Ability to develop long-term strategies for sustainable business outcomes.
