Support customer-facing teams by answering questions about benchmarks and enabling customers to leverage their data effectively.

• •Culture Amp is seeking a Data Analyst to become the go-to expert on their extensive employee engagement dataset.
• •Key Responsibilities Respond to benchmark requests from customer-facing teams, translating business questions into data answers.
• •Investigate coverage, methodology, and metadata questions across benchmark datasets.
• •Support custom benchmark creation for strategic deals.
• •Build and improve self-serve tools and dashboards to empower teams to answer their own questions.
• •Document benchmark data and make it more accessible across the company.
• •Requirements 2-4 years of experience in analytics or a similar role.
• •Strong SQL skills.
• •Experience with BI tools like Looker.
• •Comfortable working with Python/Jupyter notebooks.
