- •Negotiate contracts and manage budgets to ensure optimal ROI for influencer partnerships.
- •Develop and execute multi-channel influencer campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging social spaces.
- •Write campaign briefs that inspire creators and ensure deliverables are aligned with brand standards.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader Marketing team to integrate influencer strategy into holistic brand and performance efforts.
- •Requirements 2-3 years of experience in influencer or creator marketing, ideally within a fast-paced startup or consumer brand.
- •Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns from end-to-end, including negotiation and performance analysis.
- •Strong understanding of influencer analytics, campaign tracking tools, and performance measurement.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for brand tone and aesthetics.
