Represent Agicap to customers, manage implementation phase, and drive customer engagement.

- •As part of the team, you will represent Agicap to our customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market customers in the Implementation phase.
- •Manage both operational Finance employees and the Head of Finance/CFO/CEO on the customer side.
- •Drive customer engagement by developing a deep understanding of your client’s strategic, financial and operational goals.
- •Requirements 1-2 years of work experience in a professional environment.
- •Ideally, experience in customer-facing roles (Consulting, Advisory, or B2B SaaS) Native Italian speaker and fluent in English Strong prioritization skills and ability to get things done, focused on customer needs and business impact
