  • The Account Manager owns a portfolio of customer accounts to drive net revenue retention and expansion, ensuring customers realize value from Mitratech products.
  • Key Responsibilities Own and grow a portfolio of accounts focused on revenue retention and expansion above 100%.
  • Build account plans with customers that define value, revenue targets, and growth milestones.
  • Develop deep understanding of customer operations, goals, and challenges to drive adoption.
  • Be directly accountable for net revenue retention and expansion across assigned accounts.
  • Requirements Proven experience in account or customer success management.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Experience building account plans and driving expansion or renewal outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
