• •As a Solutions Specialist for AI Referral Management at Assort Health, you will serve as the dedicated expert for our Referral Management product line, partnering closely with our Referral Management Product Manager to ensure effective sales and adoption.
• •Key Responsibilities Serve as the go-to product expert for Assort's Referral Management solution, engaging in active deals once referral management is in scope Lead product demos and discovery calls tailored to referral coordinators, front-office operators, IT leaders, and clinical administrators Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of referral management workflows and how Assort's platform integrates with EHRs to streamline referral processing Requirements 4+ years of experience in a Product Management, Solutions/Sales Engineer, or Sales role deeply focused on patient intake and scheduling or equivalent professional experience operating in healthcare Strong understanding of healthcare referral workflows, including referral coordination, authorization, and specialist routing Excellent communicator
