Project Manager - Photovoltaic Sector

Lead regional photovoltaic and renewable installations, ensuring on-site execution, quality and budget control.

• •Lead and oversee photovoltaic, aerothermal and electric mobility installation projects across Catalonia, ensuring quality, timelines and budget adherence while working closely with field teams.
• •Key Responsibilities Plan and manage project flow and installation volumes in the zone.
• •Spend time on-site to support installers and resolve technical issues.
• •Control budgets and optimize materials and personnel for profitability.
• •Supervise quality and ensure compliance with technical and safety regulations.
• •Coach and motivate field teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• •Requirements Technical degree in Electrical/Industrial Engineering or Renewable Energies. 3-5 years managing photovoltaic works/installations.
• •Good knowledge of photovoltaic systems and aerothermal technology.
• •Experience leading installation teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• •Willingness to travel across the assigned zone.
