  • Lead the Canadian Demand Partnerships business for Equativ, driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
  • Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth across the Canadian market.
  • Develop and execute regional growth strategy.
  • Build and manage annual business plans and revenue forecasts.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Canadian sales team.
  • Represent Equativ in the Canadian market and at industry events.
  • Requirements 10+ years of experience in digital advertising or adtech.
  • Strong relationships across Canadian agency holding companies, independent agencies, and direct brands.
  • Experience selling SSP, DSP, exchange, data, audience, measurement, retail media, or programmatic solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building strategic partnerships.
