Lead the engineering build-out of ML and agentic AI platforms.

• •Lead the engineering build-out of ML and agentic AI across AML/KYC and Fraud platform.
• •Key Responsibilities Architectural Leadership: Lead the architectural design and implementation of MLOps and agentic AI platforms.
• •Strategic Execution: Translate ML and agentic AI roadmaps into scalable engineering deliverables.
• •Engineering Rigor: Set the engineering bar for code quality and operational standards.
• •Advanced AI Implementation: Lead the end-to-end engineering build-out of AI systems.
• •Requirements Substantial experience in building and productionising machine learning models at scale.
• •Deep production Python experience and strong software engineering fundamentals.
• •Strong mathematical and statistical foundations.
• •Experience with cloud (GCP and AWS), containerised infrastructure, event brokers, and modern data engineering workflows.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
