About the role
TL;DR
Manage customer migrations from contract to go-live, ensuring smooth and high-quality onboarding.
- •Own the gap from signed contract to successfully going-live, coordinating across teams to ensure enterprise customers have smooth, on-time, and high-quality migrations to Mintlify.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the customer relationship from deal close through go-live and the first 14 days post launch.
- •Perform migration scoping pre-sales and define timelines, identify technical blockers, and create go-live plans.
- •Make changes to customer documentation repos, advise on best practices, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- •Manage migration vendor partners and drive continuous improvement in onboarding workflows.
- •Requirements 2+ years in a customer-facing post-sales role or technical program management.
- •Proven project management skills with experience managing technical implementations or onboarding programs.
- •Strong technical foundation including frontend web development and ability to write/debug code.
- •Excellent customer communication skills, able to distill complex technical concepts.
- •Bias toward action, comfortable working in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
