  • As a Services Engagement Manager at Ironclad, you will ensure every customer implementation is scoped accurately and positioned for long-term success.
  • Key Responsibilities Lead Discovery & Scoping: Partner with Sales and Solutions teams to define professional services engagements.
  • Develop & Negotiate SOWs: Craft Statements of Work and ensure services contracts align with expectations.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor: Guide customers through their pre-implementation journey.
  • Manage Escalations: Resolve issues and realign stakeholders when scopes shift or expectations misalign.
  • Improve Enablement & Sales Content: Partner with internal teams to refine services messaging and build materials.
  • Requirements 3-5 years of experience in a Services Engagement Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role at a SaaS or tech company.
  • Strong experience with SOW development, contract negotiation, and services sales support.
  • Excellent program management skills.
  • A strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
