• •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end UX/UI for initiatives Partner with Product to clarify problems and contribute to discovery Produce clear flows, interaction states, and high-fidelity UI in Figma Run lightweight usability tests and validate with data Apply our design system consistently and contribute improvements Requirements 3+ years in product design Strong portfolio showing end-to-end thinking Solid foundations in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and accessibility basics Strong proficiency in Figma and comfort working with design systems Experience designing data-heavy UIs and/or permissioned workflows Clear written and verbal communicator
