- •Solve customer inquiries during typical working hours (8 AM to 5 PM CET) via chat and email.
- •Key Responsibilities Handle customer questions and internal notifications Master Apify Console, Intercom, and Slack Provide written support only Requirements 1-2 years of support experience Knowledge of programming principles and HTML/CSS/JavaScript Passion for technology and ability to explain complex information clearly Professional verbal and written communication skills in English Strong customer orientation
