Senior Product Manager

Lead internal operational platforms and tooling for clinical and operational efficiency.

• •Lead strategy and execution for internal operational platforms, workflow orchestration, and internal tooling focused on clinical and operational efficiency at scale.
• •Key Responsibilities Own product strategy and roadmap for internal platforms and tooling.
• •Partner with Clinical, Operations, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver solutions.
• •Introduce AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve decision-making.
• •Manage cross-functional execution, dependencies, and product risks.
• •Requirements 4+ years in product management, ideally in fast-paced tech environments.
• •Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple teams and systems.
• •Ability to develop long-term product strategy and prioritize roadmaps.
• •Interest/experience with AI-driven products and automation.
