Ops Warehouse Lead

Manage day-to-day operations at a Saltbox location.

• •The Ops Warehouse Lead is responsible for running the day-to-day operations at a Saltbox location, ensuring the building operates to standard.
• •Key Responsibilities Run the day, open and close the location, and deploy the team.
• •Own the operational readiness of the building, including cleanliness, safety, and equipment checks.
• •Provide real-time feedback and own daily checklists and audits.
• •Direct the team in real time, coach in the moment, and be the first point of support for the team.
• •Engage with members on the floor, answer questions, and conduct tours and new member onboarding.
• •Requirements 2+ years leading a team in an operations, retail, hospitality, warehouse, or similar environment.
• •A leadership mindset and comfort with physical, hands-on work.
• •Experience in warehousing, fulfillment, retail, or a similar environment.
• •Strong communicator and comfortable with tools like Slack, Parsel, Shopify, or shipping platforms.
