Operations Associate

Provide hands-on field support to autonomous delivery robots.

• •Provide hands-on field support to autonomous delivery robots in Doral, Miami, ensuring safe, timely deliveries and minimizing service interruptions.
• •Key Responsibilities Support robots in the field, including deployment, inspection, cleaning, and placement.
• •Operate company vehicles/e-bikes to move, recover, or reposition robots.
• •Track, document, and close escalation tickets with clear communication.
• •Manage end-of-shift recovery: secure, charge, sanitize, and account for assets.
• •Requirements Valid driver’s license and ability to drive mid-size utility vehicles.
• •Ability to lift/maneuver up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• •Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• •Customer-facing experience and strong organizational/problem-solving skills.
