Producer, Events & Experiences

Produce and shape impactful events and experiences for Sierra, managing end-to-end production and attendee journeys.

• •Sierra is seeking a Producer for the Events & Experiences team to bring the company's key moments to life, focusing on the entire attendee journey.
• •This role involves producing a range of events from large conferences to executive gatherings.
• •Key Responsibilities Own production end to end for marquee moments and third-party events.
• •Craft the attendee experience beyond the main stage, including breakout sessions and demo environments.
• •Lead and manage AV, scenic, lighting, video, and experiential vendors and creative agencies.
• •Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Communications, and Sales teams.
• •Define content capture and collaborate on turning live moments into marketing assets.
• •Requirements 8+ years of experience in event and creative production, with a blend of live shows, content shaping, and experiential moments.
• •Deep command of live production, run-of-show, and AV/scenic/lighting/staging craft.
• •Strong instincts for narrative, design, and multimedia, with a creative and content sensibility.
