Lead a commercial sales team, driving strategy, coaching, and customer success.
- •Culture Amp is seeking a Director, Commercial Sales to lead their mid-market sales team.
- •This role involves setting strategy, coaching Account Executives and Account Managers, and partnering closely with Customer Experience to ensure customer success.
- •Key Responsibilities Coach and develop Account Executives and Account Managers through 1:1 feedback and deal involvement.
- •Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop sellers with the right skills and values.
- •Partner with the CX Director to align strategy and ensure customer success across the full lifecycle.
- •Set team vision and translate it into a strategy to achieve quota sustainably.
- •Own the operational rhythm, including trustworthy forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
- •Requirements Proven track record of building and developing sales teams. 3+ years of experience leading a sales team, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- •Fluency with Salesforce, Gong, forecasting discipline, and MEDDPICC or equivalent.
- •Ability to work effectively across functions, especially with Customer Experience and SDR teams.
- •Experience growing revenue through both new logo acquisition and customer expansion.
