• •We are seeking a Technical Program Manager for Manufacturing Readiness in our Broomfield, CO location.
• •Key Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, resource needs, and work plans for technical deliverables on complex, multi-faceted R&D and Product Engineering programs Work shoulder-to-shoulder with technical teams on commercial development projects.
• •Serve as “connective tissue” to organize and coordinate with multiple technical teams Lead regular project reviews and status meetings to determine progress and address any questions, challenges, or risks regarding projects Requirements Bachelor's degree minimum Minimum 5 years’ experience in milestone driven technical program management and coordination for delivery of research and development hardware to internal technical customers Minimum 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing readiness levels (MRL) and manufacturing risk assessments
