Lead QA for AI-powered digital pharmacy platform.
- •Lead hands-on QA for an AI-powered digital pharmacy platform in a hybrid Orlando hub, partnering with engineering leadership to build modern quality practices for healthcare AI products.
- •Key Responsibilities Execute manual, exploratory, and automated testing and coach the team.
- •Design testing strategies for LLM behaviors, prompt validation, and hallucination mitigation.
- •Own release readiness and protect patient-facing clinical workflows.
- •Perform regression testing and manage complex UAT with external healthcare clients.
- •Requirements 4+ years in QA/software testing with hands-on leadership experience. 2+ years testing in healthcare/health‑tech/pharmacy with HIPAA/compliance knowledge.
- •High proficiency with Playwright and Postman for automation and API testing.
- •Experience testing AI/LLM-driven features and using AI tools in QA workflows.
