Owns product strategy and roadmap for Vanta's design systems and frontend platform.
- •Vanta is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for their design systems.
- •This role will focus on building horizontal tooling to enable product, engineering, and design teams to create consistent, high-quality user experiences faster.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the vision and roadmap for the frontend, design system, and front-end platform.
- •Evolve the design system into composable building blocks, including for AI/LLM experiences.
- •Drive accessibility and internationalization programs.
- •Partner with the AI team to enable agentic patterns.
- •Run go-to-market and adoption for design system changes.
- •Requirements 4-8+ years of product management experience with ownership of a design system or frontend platform.
- •Strong product taste and ability to scale quality across teams.
- •Builder's mindset with hands-on prototyping experience.
- •Collaborative approach to build trust across teams.
- •Systems thinking to reason about components, tokens, and infrastructure.
