About the role

Manage and grow enterprise accounts in China & APAC.

  • Fal's Enterprise Account Manager will be the first GTM hire for China & APAC, managing and growing relationships with large enterprise customers while operating remotely from the region.
  • Key Responsibilities Own and manage high-value enterprise accounts across China and APAC.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive expansion and consumption-based revenue.
  • Serve as primary contact for technical and executive stakeholders; lead QBRs and executive briefings.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver complex customer solutions.
  • Forecast and report on consumption-based revenue targets.
  • Requirements Fluency in Mandarin and English. 6+ years managing enterprise customers selling to developer/engineering teams.
  • Proven success managing $10M+ revenue portfolios and meeting quota.
  • Experience as an autonomous, early regional/GTM hire in high-growth environments.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to translate technical concepts to business value.
