About the role
Manage and grow enterprise accounts in China & APAC.
- •Fal's Enterprise Account Manager will be the first GTM hire for China & APAC, managing and growing relationships with large enterprise customers while operating remotely from the region.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and manage high-value enterprise accounts across China and APAC.
- •Develop and execute account plans to drive expansion and consumption-based revenue.
- •Serve as primary contact for technical and executive stakeholders; lead QBRs and executive briefings.
- •Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver complex customer solutions.
- •Forecast and report on consumption-based revenue targets.
- •Requirements Fluency in Mandarin and English. 6+ years managing enterprise customers selling to developer/engineering teams.
- •Proven success managing $10M+ revenue portfolios and meeting quota.
- •Experience as an autonomous, early regional/GTM hire in high-growth environments.
- •Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to translate technical concepts to business value.
