- •Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth research on target accounts Build detailed account maps Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns Develop highly personalized messaging Leverage tools like Apollo.io, HubSpot, and other prospecting tools Experiment with new tools, AI solutions, and workflows Generate qualified meetings and pipeline for Account Executives Requirements 2-3 years of proven excellence in business development and/or sales Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written Analytical mindset and KPIs oriented Experience with CRM applications (Hubspot) Experience in payments or other financial systems and thorough knowledge of the market is a plus Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
