Software Engineer II

Build and maintain infrastructure for platform operations.

• •Join the Platform-as-a-Service Engineering team at EarnIn to build foundational infrastructure and accelerate developer workflows.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and deploy AI agents for platform operations.
• •Automate repetitive workflows with AI.
• •Support Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS EKS.
• •Maintain developer experience through our control plane.
• •Strengthen operational excellence with observability.
• •Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. 3+ years in platform, infrastructure, or backend engineering.
• •Experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
• •Strong coding skills in Go and/or Python.
• •Excellent communication skills.
