- •The Principal Reliability Operations Lead will ensure flawless operations at scale, drive velocity, and set standards for the entire company.
- •Key Responsibilities Triage on-call escalations and decide when to escalate issues.
- •Travel to sites to work on live incidents and post-incident reviews.
- •Perform root cause analysis and track corrective actions to closure.
- •Identify patterns across incidents and push high-value learnings through to closure.
- •Carry best practices from one site to the next to prevent failures.
- •Write operational standards and audit each campus against them.
- •Travel 50 to 75% across the fleet.
- •Requirements Experience running live critical operations and leading a team of operators.
- •Experience triaging problems over the phone and knowing when to escalate.
- •Experience authoring root cause analyses and tracking corrective actions to closure.
- •Experience traveling site to site and improving operations.
- •Experience writing standards, auditing sites, and holding one bar across domains.
- •Experience building assessment, audit, qualification, or training programs from scratch.
