AI Associate & Assistant to the Head of UK & EMEA

Support UK & EMEA leadership by embedding into operations and leveraging AI for growth.

• •As AI Associate and Assistant to the incoming Head of UK & EMEA, you’ll serve as the connective tissue between strategy and execution
• •accelerating growth by embedding directly into day-to-day operations.
• •Key Responsibilities Shadow leaders and support high-priority projects, meetings, and initiatives.
• •Build, test, and refine AI-driven workflows, prompt libraries, and toolkits to meet evolving team needs.
• •Develop dashboards and diagnostics to monitor CRM, campaign performance, lead funnels, and content ROI.
• •Requirements Early-career candidate with up to 1 year relevant experience in a similar or related role, or equivalent practical experience gained through internships, industrial placements, academic projects, or hands-on work.
• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organisational Development, Data Science, HR Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• •Strong scripting skills (Python preferred) with familiarity using APIs and automation platforms.
