Supply Chain Program Manager

Manage supply chain readiness, resilience, and program execution for autonomous driving technology.

• •Waymo Operations is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to drive supply chain readiness and resilience for Waymo's autonomous driving technology.
• •This hybrid role involves deep-dive analysis, risk identification, and liaison with global suppliers to ensure continuity of supply into production ramp.
• •Key Responsibilities Drive supply chain readiness and resilience through deep-dive analysis and roadmap development.
• •Identify risks within global supply chain strategies and influence change.
• •Act as the primary materials liaison with JDMs/CMs/Suppliers and manage production risk buys.
• •Develop and document global supply chain maps for each product.
• •Drive initiatives and process improvements with cross-functional team alignment.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years of industry experience in supply planning, supply chain management, manufacturing operations, or operations. 10+ years of experience in program management, leading complex operational and strategic programs.
• •Experience working in NPI & sustaining phase of product lifecycle.
• •Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
