- •Hawk-Eye Innovations is seeking a Tech Director to lead the deployment, reliability, and scalability of all Hawk-Eye and KinaTrax baseball technologies across MLB, MiLB, NCAA, and international venues.
- •This role owns how we deploy and manage technology, ensuring platform stability and automation at scale.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end software and hardware deployment process for new installations and upgrades.
- •Lead the service management function, including incident response and release governance.
- •Build proactive monitoring, observability, and automation tools to reduce manual intervention.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience in technical operations, DevOps, or platform engineering.
- •Proven track record deploying and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- •Expertise in incident management, release management, and automation tooling.
