Design and optimize conversational AI agents to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- •Join Checkr's Service Design team to design, manage, and optimize conversational AI agents across modalities, improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead development and lifecycle management of conversational AI agents including prompt engineering and deployment.
- •Analyze conversation analytics and KPIs to drive agent performance improvements.
- •Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and reduce contact volume.
- •Monitor, troubleshoot, and document AI agent workflows and behavior.
- •Requirements 3-5 years experience in conversational AI, chatbot administration, or similar roles.
- •Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms and NLU/NLP concepts.
- •Proficiency in conversation design: intent mapping, utterance training, fallback strategies.
- •Strong analytical and written communication skills for crafting responses and interpreting logs.
