TL;DR
Build DualEntry's Investor channel, driving PE/VC partnerships for portfolio adoption.
- •DualEntry is building the OS for finance, automating accounting from data entry to close.
- •This role will build DualEntry's Investor channel, focusing on private equity firms and venture capital funds to drive adoption across their portfolios.
- •Key Responsibilities Source and close fund-level partnerships with PE shops and VC funds.
- •Build the economic case for PE firms to standardize on DualEntry across their portfolios.
- •Manage the fund-to-portco motion, converting fund-level intros to portco deals.
- •Own presence at investor events and build collateral for LPs, GPs, and Operating Partners.
- •Requirements 3 to 6 years in capital markets, PE/VC, portfolio operations, or B2B partnerships.
- •Understanding of PE value-creation and VC platform team operations.
- •Ability to build fund-level economic cases and operate at the GP/Operating Partner level.
- •Strong commercial judgment on multi-portco deal structures.
