TL;DR
Build and scale a high-throughput, low-latency trading system for global investing.
- •The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will be a foundational contributor within our Core Trade engineering team.
- •You’ll be part of a dynamic, high-performing team building an ultra-high throughput, low-latency trading system and the tools required to run it, all aimed at democratizing investing globally.
- •Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Delivery: Own the technical design, architecture, and delivery of complex React/TypeScript front-end and Java back-end features from inception to production.
- •Architectural Excellence: Drive architectural best practices, ensuring solutions are highly secure, scalable, and resilient.
- •Mentorship: Act as a force multiplier for the team.
- •Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, lead code reviews, and elevate the overall technical bar of the organization.
- •AI-Driven Velocity: Pioneer our use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation, setting the standard for secure and effective AI integration in our workflows.
- •Requirements Clear communication, collaborative problem-solving, and a genuine drive to build resilient, high-performance systems for best-in-class trade desk applications.
- •Design and champion human-in-the-loop development practices to maximize team velocity without sacrificing our uncompromising standard for highly available, scalable architecture.
