- •We are looking for an Art Outsourcing Specialist to manage the day-to-day execution of vendor review cycles, asset tracking, and feedback quality across simultaneous outsource relationships.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day vendor communication across active outsource relationships.
- •Conduct structured reviews of inbound vendor work and consolidate internal reviewer feedback.
- •Maintain production tracking across Jira and Airtable.
- •Source and evaluate external studios and individual artists.
- •Prepare brief templates, technical delivery specs, reference packages, and stage gate definitions.
- •Requirements Solid working knowledge of 2D/3D art production, including hands-on creation experience.
- •Strong written and verbal English to convert feedback into clear vendor instructions.
- •Demonstrated experience managing multi-asset outsource or production workflows.
