- •As our Outsourcing and Operations Manager, you will be a vital part of the Paymentsense Ireland Limited (PIL) management team.
- •This is a high-impact opportunity to influence how we scale and evolve our operations across Europe.
- •You’ll be a strategic partner to the COO, taking ownership of the day-to-day management of our outsourcing arrangements and ensuring our operational processes run smoothly, remain compliant, and are ready for growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive the maturity of PIL's outsourcing framework, owning policies, strategies, and committee meetings to ensure outcomes are executed.
- •Direct the entire governance lifecycle, including the scheduling of risk assessments, due diligence reviews, and exit strategy testing.
- •Design and maintain performance dashboards to track international growth, monitoring all data from service providers against agreed-upon metrics.
- •Requirements Solid experience working with outsourcing governance and regulatory frameworks, preferably within the financial services sector.
- •A strong working knowledge of EBA guidelines and Irish outsourcing obligations.
- •A highly collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt your communication style for a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
