- •As a Senior Account Executive SaaS / B2B, you will lead your territory like your own business, driving strategic market development and continuous revenue growth.
- •Your mission is to inspire healthcare professionals in Unterfranken to adopt Doctolib, foster sustainable revenue growth, and develop your region into one of Germany's strongest markets.
- •Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of your sales territory, from market analysis and targeted acquisition to successful closing.
- •Drive sustainable revenue and pipeline growth by systematically building and developing your network and pipeline.
- •Excel in new customer acquisition by understanding the needs of doctors and practice teams and using this insight to close deals.
- •Utilize Salesforce for data-driven sales management, performance measurement, and early pattern recognition.
- •Requirements Proven B2B field sales experience, ideally with software sales (SaaS) and/or healthcare customer experience.
- •Strategic approach to new customer acquisition, with strong analytical and precise pitching skills.
- •Passion for digital transformation in healthcare and the ability to convey this conviction.
- •Excellent German (C1+) and conversational English (B1+) communication skills.
- •Willingness to reside in Unterfranken, travel within your sales territory, and possess a Class B driver's license.
