About the role
TL;DR
Manage digital health solution implementations for clients, guiding them through onboarding and deployment.
- •As a (Junior) Project Manager at Doctolib, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of our digital health solutions for clients, ranging from doctor's offices to hospitals and clinics.
- •You will be the core of every project, acting as a consultant, application specialist, change manager, and project manager all in one.
- •In your first months, you will independently lead projects, guide clients through the entire onboarding process, and contribute to the digitalization of healthcare in Germany.
- •Key Responsibilities Take over projects after handover from the Sales Manager and be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing the entire deployment process with the client.
- •Serve as the main point of contact for the client throughout the project and act as the internal link between Marketing, Tech, and other teams.
- •Conduct the inventory and analysis phase, build the client organization within Doctolib, and coordinate data export and import.
- •Train client employees (Key Users & End Users) and accompany the go-live on-site, remotely, or hybrid.
- •Continuously document project progress (e.g., in Asana) and hand over the project structurally to the Performance Team after completion (D+30).
- •Requirements Experience in project management or customer consulting, ideally in a B2B or software environment.
- •Strong communication skills and enjoyment in acting as the main point of contact for various stakeholders.
- •Structured, independent way of working and a high degree of solution orientation.
- •Willingness to travel for on-site client appointments in the greater Munich area and beyond.
- •Very good German and good English language skills.
