TL;DR

- •You will own delivery, risk, and people management, making architecture and design calls and staying credible in code reviews.

- •Make architecture and design decisions with leads.
- •Conduct code reviews and stay technically grounded.
- •Manage people, focusing on growth, feedback, and team retention.
- •Requirements Demonstrated experience leading 3-4 scrum teams concurrently.
- •Experience taking a product through complete execution (planning to adoption).
- •Strong hands-on grounding in .NET Core, C#, ReactJS, SQL Server, and API design.
- •Real people leadership experience (direct reports, performance, growth, hiring).
- •Ability to make and defend technical decisions with architects and senior engineers.
- •Clear communication with product management, engineering leadership, and stakeholders.
