- •Practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
- •Strong problem-solving and cross-tier troubleshooting skills.
- •Good interpersonal skills for collaboration with Support, Product, and QA.
- •Experience with Agile, unit testing, and TDD.
