- •Kompose Resort Kissimmee is seeking a reliable, guest-focused Pool Attendant to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming pool and lazy river environment for resort guests.
- •Key Responsibilities Monitor pool and lazy river area for guest safety and enforce posted rules.
- •Maintain cleanliness of pool deck, lazy river area, lounge chairs, towels, and surrounding amenities.
- •Set up and arrange pool/lazy river furniture each morning; secure/store items at close.
- •Greet guests warmly and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- •Distribute and collect pool towels and lazy river tubes; maintain inventory.
- •Requirements Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- •Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- •Ability to stand, walk, and lift (up to 25–30 lbs) for extended periods.
- •Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent 10 AM–10 PM shift, including weekends/holidays.
